Position: Therapist-SLP-Speech Language Pathologist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
Engage in continuous professional development and training.
Monitor and document client progress towards therapy goals.
Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client care.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs.
Educate clients and families on speech and language disorders.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Experience in providing speech therapy in diverse settings.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.
Strong communication skills for client and family education.
Proficiency in using evidence-based practices in therapy.
Strong organizational skills for monitoring client progress.
Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals for client care.
