Responsibilities

  • Provide speech therapy services to clients in various settings.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.

  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.

  • Monitor and document client progress towards therapy goals.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.

  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client care.

  • Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs.

  • Educate clients and families on speech and language disorders.

  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client care strategies.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

  • Experience in providing speech therapy in diverse settings.

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.

  • Strong communication skills for client and family education.

  • Proficiency in using evidence-based practices in therapy.

  • Strong organizational skills for monitoring client progress.

  • Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals for client care.
