We're hiring experienced Therapist-SLP-Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Tyler, Texas — earn up to ($2104 - $2215 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for patients.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

  • Achieve established targets and contribute to team success.

  • Monitor and document patient progress towards therapy goals.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

  • Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure therapy effectiveness.

  • Engage in performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.

  • Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Experience in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a performance-driven environment.

  • Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
