Essentia Health Fargo, North Dakota. Opportunity for a fellowship-trained Urologist to join an established and respected team within a stable, clinician-led organization.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS

- Join a collegial team of 1 Urologist, currently in practice with 3 NPs
- Admissions managed by the hospitalist service with a call schedule of 1:4
- APP assists in the OR and helps manage hospital patients
- Dedicated block time of 2-3 days/week with a well-trained and dedicated OR staff with efficient turnover

- 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, Urodynamics
- Built in referral pattern from large health system: Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
- Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital within the same facility making care efficient

COMPENSATON
- $586,744. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
