This position is in Smyrna, TN and we are looking for Warehouse Case Pickers! Benefits include weekly paychecks, health/dental insurance, and much more. This is a full-time warehouse opportunity available for the following shift(s):

1. 1st shift - 5:00 am - 1:00 pm (some overtime on separate days may be required)

2. 2nd shift - 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (some overtime on separate days may be required)

3. 3rd shift - 9:00 pm - 5:00am (some overtime on separate days may be required)

Previous Walkie Rider/Electric Pallet Jack Rider experience is required

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 / hour

Duties:

1. Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.

2. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.

3. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.

4. Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers.

5. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.

6. Assist in physical inventories.

7. Ensure proper stock rotation.

8. Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely.

9. Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance.

10. Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process.

11. Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.

12. Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.

13. Other duties as assigned.

2. Able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
