Clayton Services is searching for a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join a thriving company in Southwest Houston. Reporting directly to the warehouse manager, the Warehouse Forklift Operator will be responsible for ensuring that products are moved and tagged properly in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities also include assisting the warehouse manager in maintaining the warehouse.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $18.50hour + OT

Shift: 2nd - 4:00 pm to 2:00 am

Warehouse Forklift Operator Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods
• Ensure that the correct quantity has been received by comparing the received goods with information on the work order
• Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information
• Ensure that delivery forms are signed only upon satisfaction of the completed order
• Make sure that all goods are labeled properly using an appropriate lot and item numbers
• Isolate and report any broken or damaged goods at the time of order picking
• Record movement of goods using barcode scanners
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and orderly every day
