We’re building a stronger marketing engine—and we’re looking for a Web & Digital Designer to elevate how Sentec shows up online.

This role is focused on creating great-looking, high-performing landing pages and website content that bring our brand, products, and clinical education to life. You’ll own both the visual execution and the CMS structure behind our WordPress environment—ensuring that what we publish is beautiful, mobile-friendly, organized, and scalable across regions and languages.

You’ll play a key role in building campaign-specific landing pages , supporting mobile-first user experiences , and applying AEO, GEO, and SEO best practices to help ensure our content is discoverable across search engines and AI-driven platforms. You’ll work within a multi-language, multi-site environment and collaborate closely with an external web agency that supports larger site initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-impact, campaign-specific landing pages and website content in WordPress, with a strong focus on visual quality, mobile-first execution, and user experience.
• Own and manage the WordPress CMS environment , including publishing, updates, quality assurance, content organization, and oversight of the multi-site, multi-language structure.
• Partner with and coordinate external web vendors and agencies , supporting larger site initiatives, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality, usability, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing, clinical, and product stakeholders to translate complex information into engaging, accurate, and effective digital experiences.
• Maintain an accurate, compliant, and up-to-date website , ensuring content freshness, regulatory awareness, accessibility, performance, and ongoing optimization with SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in web design, WordPress, UX/UI, or digital production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality website design and campaign landing pages
• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, page builders, and plugin ecosystems
• Experience working in a multi-site, multi-language website environment is required
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO/GEO strategies
• Strong visual design skills (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing)
