The purpose of the human resource internship position is to develop college students that are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business management, or a similar field. The HR Intern will gain exposure to various aspects of human resources, shadowing team members and leaders in areas such as talent, compliance, HR process, operations, and business partner activities. The role offers hands on learning and the opportunity to observe and contribute to HR processes, as needed. The position is temporary, nonexempt, part-time/hourly.
