Position: Associate Dentist
We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. Support our goal of providing outstanding dental care and help us create unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Here’s what you can expect:
- Engage with the community and take part in initiatives that enhance our organization's positive image!
- Participate in morning meetings (feel free to take the lead!), organize your day, and express gratitude towards your team while showcasing excellent examples of customer service and teamwork.
- Work primarily with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic!
Your Responsibilities
As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental care to patients with the assistance of a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants for each provider
- A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
- An office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A variety of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

What We Seek From You
- DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid dental license in the states where you will practice or eligibility for licensure
- Other necessary certifications (CPR, DEA, etc.)
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A caring demeanor and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
