Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to work in Augusta, GA.
Qualified candidate must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia and have a minimum of three years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney. Recent graduates will not be considered.
The responsibilities for the position will be contract drafting and negotiation with the ability to handle transactions contract to closing, buyer and seller side, including acquisitions, dispositions, property sales, loan document review, bank document review, landlord-tenant law, and commercial leasing. Experience with corporate transactions in buying and selling businesses is a plus!
