Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary design-build projects for federal and state agencies. This role is perfect for a hands-on project leader with experience across civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and finishing trades. You'll oversee every aspect of project execution, from planning and design to handover, ensuring compliance with agency standards including USACE, VA, NAVFAC, GSA, CDB, and City of Chicago requirements.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget
  
• Review subcontractor bids and scopes for completeness and compliance
  
• Manage project schedules, site logistics, RFIs, submittals, and quality documentation
  
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local building codes and inspection standards
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  
• Monitor financial performance, labor requirements, and resource allocation

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• 5-10 years managing complex design-build or construction projects with federal/state agencies
  
• Proven experience with CDB, VA, NAVFAC, USACE, GSA, University of Illinois, or City of Chicago projects
  
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple construction trades
  
• Leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
  
• Proficiency in Procore (or willingness to certify), Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred
