Sterling Heights, MI is seeking full-time CRNAs

• Start Date:  ASAP - Credentialing requires up to 90 days before candidate can start.
  
• Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required.- Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
  
• Outpatient position
  
• Mix of 8-10-12- hour day shifts Monday-Friday with opportunity to transition to longer shifts if desired.
• No call or weekends
• Average number of patients/day:  Varies
  
• Demonstrate a strong potential for excellence in clinical care. 
• EMR:  EPIC
• Provider must be willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary
  
• At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) is required. 
  
• Not accepting 1099 candidates
  
• Not accepting Locums candidates
  
• Will consider candidates who were previously Board Certified and need to obtain again
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

• Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) -  REQUIRED
  
• Active MI licenses - Nursing and Specialty License (must be in-hand) -  REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start) -  REQUIRED
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) -  REQUIRED
  
• Clean Malpractice/License History -  REQUIRED
  
• Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) -  REQUIRED
• Is provider willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) -  REQUIRED
• At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) -  REQUIRED

• AANA
• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• PALS

State License Requirements

• Michigan

Additional License Requirements
