Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and user stories Analyze requirements and effectively communicate technical and business specifications to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing Help design, document, and maintain system processes Track all work with detailed and accurate descriptions Utilize an Agile mindset as you participate in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field No prior professional experience necessary Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working independently or as part of a team Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Functional knowledge of UAT planning and processes Working knowledge of SQL querying and database design Ability to create Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) Basic experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Must be available to work onsite in Hartford,CT OR Bridgewater, NJ Preferred qualifications Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies Experience with RDBMS and the fundamentals of SQL to run basic queries Practical experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments Working knowledge of system modeling tools such as StarUML Ability to create UI mock-ups with tools such as Balsamiq Equal Opportunity Employer Revature (“Company”) is an equal opportunity employer.
