Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Lead by example; follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and ensure the same from the crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining image and standards, customer service, attendance and punctuality.
• Store operations such as maintaining cleanliness, transportation to/from work, and contributing to marketing and profitability efforts.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
• On-the-job training and orientation provided; strong communication skills for written and verbal instructions with customers and co-workers.
• Essential functions include basic arithmetic, making correct monetary change, data entry, and the ability to process orders via computer or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery area; deliver to multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from coolers to hot work areas, and possible exposure to fumes and dust. Work may involve standing for long periods, driving, and dealing with high-pressure customer interactions.
