EMPIRE Partners is expanding our sales team to support our proven insurance consulting offer. We've done the heavy lifting: the offer converts, the leads are warm, and the training works. What we need now is someone who can get on the phone, build trust fast, and close deals.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be working qualified leads we provide. Your job is simple: connect, consult, close. We're selling high-value consulting services to insurance agencies that actually need what we offer. This isn't about manipulation or trickery. It's about understanding their pain, presenting a solution, and guiding them to a decision.
You'll receive sales training through Close.com. If you're coachable and hungry, you'll ramp fast. Training starts in November for the right candidates, but if you can sell now, we'll get you on the phone immediately.
What You'll Earn:
Commission-only. Top performers earn between $120K and $250K annually. Mega producers? Sky's the limit. No cap. Your income is directly tied to your performance, not your tenure or someone's opinion of you.
What We're Looking For:
You're self-motivated and disciplined. You don't need a manager breathing down your neck to make calls. You understand that every conversation is an opportunity, and you treat it that way.
You're consultative, not pushy. You listen more than you talk. You ask great questions. You understand that people buy from people they trust, and you know how to build that trust quickly.
You're resilient. Not every call will close. Some days will be harder than others. You don't let it derail you. You learn, adjust, and keep moving.
You're hungry. You want more than a paycheck. You want to prove what you're capable of and get paid accordingly.
What We Provide:
Qualified leads. You won't be cold calling strangers from a spreadsheet. These are people who've raised their hand and expressed interest.
Proven sales training via Close.com. We'll give you the tools, the frameworks, and the coaching to succeed.
A tested offer. This isn't some untested idea. The offer works. Your job is to present it well and close the deal.
Remote flexibility. Work from wherever you want. As long as you're hitting your numbers, we don't care if you're in your living room or on a beach.
The Catch:
This is commission-only. If you're looking for a base salary, benefits, and a 401(k) match, this isn't it. This role is for people who bet on themselves and win.
You'll need to be a US-based independent contractor. We're not hiring employees. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, health insurance, and all that fun stuff.
