Overview We are seeking a talented Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing to drive business for a beautiful full-service hotel just north of Dallas, TX. This role will be instrumental in building revenue to meet and exceed company goals while playing an integral part in the development and execution of a strong sales and marketing team. This property is proudly part of a leading management group that continues to grow. The hotel features 300+ rooms/suites, full-service dining and catering and 15k square feet of meeting space. COMPENSATION: $125,000 - $135,000 base salary plus 25% quarterly potential, comprehensive benefits, 401k with company match, PTO and more!
