A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an

HR Consultant Benefits Administration

Position type : Full-Time, Contract

Duration : 4 Month

Location : Remote

As a HR Consultant Benefits Administration, you will :

This Benefits Manager will support our U.S. Benefits team during Annual Enrolments. This role will manage benefits projects, provide benefits expertise, and help with integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and benefits projects through Annual Enrollments.
• Partner with HR teams, vendors, and leadership to drive deliverables.
• Provide expertise in benefits programs, compliance, and M&A transitions.
• Track progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support HR systems and process implementation as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in benefits and project management.
• Strong understanding of benefits programs, including M&A integration, and familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, payroll, and benefits administration, preferably with implementation experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range : $55-60 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
