Our Client is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for a temp to permanent assignment at its New Albany, OH facility. The idea candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a regulated facility or building maintenance industry as a Journeyman Electrician and accreditation through a trade school or an Electrical certification. This role will support the operations, inspection, and maintenance processes for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (pumps, controls) equipment and BAS systems at assigned facility.

• Performing routine operation and maintenance (preventative and corrective) per work order on cGMP and non-cGMP equipment and systems
• Provide general Facilities support for all departments and individuals at assigned facility
• The installation and repair of electrical equipment, wiring, lighting, and associated components
• Utilize CMMS, BMS, and BAS systems
• The operation and maintenance of all utilities and systems required for support of cGMP manufacturing operation, i.e. Boilers, chillers, air compressors, etc.
• Coordinate, oversee and review any work performed by outside contractors. This includes maintenance and calibration activities
• Maintain Facilities documentation systems including work orders, equipment files, calibrations, etc.
• Manage all activities per required site safety procedures and ensure vendors perform activities per site safety procedures
• Attend work and safety meetings as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in building maintenance within a regulated facility
• A Journeyman Electrical License
• Knowledge and use of CMMS, BMS, BAS, and Life Safety Systems
• Experience in the installation and repair of electrical equipment, wiring, lighting, and associate components
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Instrumentation and calibration experience a plus
• May be required to be on-call to support off-hours response to facility related issues
