As the in-house Videographer for Liberty Roofing Pros, youll play a key role in capturing and creating dynamic content that showcases our work, people, and culture. Youll join a motivated team that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and community impact. From job sites to training sessions, your footage will help tell the story of who we are and what sets us apart. This role reports directly to company leadership and collaborates with sales, production, and marketing to ensure consistent and effective messaging. Travel throughout Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and Northwest West Virginia is required.

This full-time position includes a company vehicle, health insurance, and 401(k) benefits.

What Youll Do

• Travel to active job sites across our service areas to film roofing projects, before-and-after transformations, and customer interactions.
• Film internal training content to support team education, onboarding, and documentation.
• Capture behind-the-scenes company culture footage and staff interviews to highlight our people and values.
• Edit raw footage into polished, branded videos for social media, the company website, marketing, and internal use.
• Organize and manage a growing archive of digital content.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to plan video projects aligned with business goals.
• Identify creative storytelling opportunities and propose new content ideas that align with Liberty Roofing Pros brand and mission.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in videography (professional work or a strong portfolio); industry-specific experience in construction or trades is a plus but not required.
• Basic to intermediate editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong creative instincts for visual storytelling, pacing, and shot composition.
• Comfortable working independently in outdoor environments and on construction sites.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various job locations across Western PA, Eastern OH, and Northwest WV .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
