"Administers and Facilitates the Forms Management program for Lee Memorial Health System and their respective support facilities. Responsible for oversight of the forms design positions. Responsible for initiating biennial review process per JCAHO Regulations of all LMHS pre-printed Physician Order Sets, Consents and working with the Policy and Procedure Specialist for review of ""forms"" linked to policies. Reviews and makes recommendations of programs, job functions and systems in relation to workflow, document processing and throughput. Responsible for creating and implementing all policies and procedures governing printed material and also to keep the system apprised of new technological advances. Oversees internally run copy / print center. Manages ""standard forms"" inventory with regional distribution center and forms manufacturing vendor. Manages the USPS accounts, internal mailroom organization and external outsourced mail processing facility. Oversees copier / fax standardization and placement and fleet management system wide."
