Compensation:

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly + Commissions

Responsibilities:

• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales

• Help Dan with day-to-day operations and things that need to be done

Qualifications:

• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision

• A valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are required for this job
• Strong multi-tasking skills will be necessary for this role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
