Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development and modernization of mission-critical web applications. This individual will play a key role in transforming legacy systems into cloud-based, data-driven solutions using modern technologies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, takes initiative, and can deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal oversight.

Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (Onsite 2 days per week)

Compensation: This role is expected to pay about $130K–$140K DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and modernization of web applications using React and .NET/C#, transitioning legacy systems to the cloud.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs, with a strong focus on MuleSoft integrations for enterprise connectivity.
• Work with SQL Server, Snowflake, and related tools to build data-driven features and connect interfaces with cloud data systems.
• Participate in CI/CD and deployment processes across MuleSoft and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications and mobile-friendly solutions.

What Gets You the Job:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience using React, .NET, and C#.
• Strong expertise in SQL development, including complex stored procedures and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integrations (MuleSoft preferred).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
