About Us: Our boutique is more than just a pet store its a community hub for pet lovers who want the best for their furry companions. We offer premium pet products, personalized customer service, and a warm, welcoming environment. The position is Tuesday-Saturday; we are closed Sunday & Monday.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer experience
Manage and motivate a small team of sales associates
Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays
Build strong relationships with customers and their pets
Assist with planning events and promotions
Were Looking For:
2+ years of retail and management experience
A genuine love for animals (bonus points if you have a pet!)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Someone reliable, organized, and customer-focused
