Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Tax Accountant Position Type: Full-Time Duration: Permanent Location: Richmond, VA As a Tax Accountant you will: Assist in preparing federal income tax returns and partner K-1s. Preparation of state income tax returns and quarterly estimated state income tax payments. Preparation of various State and Local Tax Compliance. Prepare monthly bookkeeping and general ledger account reconciliations. Assist with other tax compliance and special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional tax experience. CPA or CPA candidate preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with tax return preparation software for federal and state income tax returns. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset. Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Able to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
