Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Tile & Flooring Installer to work on home remodeling projects in Coweta, Fayette and surrounding counties.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Arrive to jobsite on time in logod shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow Trustpoints on every job
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently

Skills:

• Stellar work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
• Installing tile in backsplash, accents tile, bathrooms, etc...
• Able to properly demo existing flooring and prepping surfaces for new flooring surface.
• Installation of tile, LVP, LVT, Engineered Hardwood and wood flooring.
• Prior Flooring Installation experience required
• Cabinet installation and trim carpentry a plus
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a tile saw, table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in Newnan / Peachtree City and surrounding communities
• Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Additional Skills:

• Prior experience in flooring installation required
• Prior experience in tile backsplash required
• Able to install cabinet moldings / trim carpentry a plus
• Able to modify cabinets, install cabinets, install cabinet doors & drawers / Install cabinet hardware a plus.
