\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards in a wound/burn care unit
\n• Must have wound/burn care experience in a Trauma Level 1 facility
\n• Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting
\n• Assess and prioritize care for patients with complex medical problems
\n• Perform bedside point of care testing as required for patient care plans
\n• Participate in patient education and assess readiness to learn of patients/families/caregivers
\n• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in evaluation and planning of patient care
\n• Utilize healthcare organization standards, policies and procedures in delivery of care
\n• Participate in professional development activities and unit performance improvement initiatives
\n• One year of nursing experience required
\n• North Carolina RN license required
\n• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA or ARC)
\n• Nursing diploma, ADN, or ASN from accredited school required
\n• BSN or MSN from accredited school preferred
