What You’ll Do:

• Assist with preparation and setup of CIPP re-lining equipment and job site.
• Mix and handle resins and other materials according to safety and job specifications.
• Install cured-in-place liners using inversion or pull-in-place methods.
• Monitor curing process using hot water, steam, or UV technologies.
• Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections using CCTV cameras.
• Operate various tools and machinery including air compressors, water jets, resin impregnation systems and excavators.
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Maintain your company vehicle — clean, stocked, and ready for the next call.
• Represent Rowell’s Services with a professional appearance and attitude.

What You’ll Bring:

• Has a Drivers License with DOT Med Card -> CDL license is a plus!
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for solving problems.
• Excellent customer communication and teamwork abilities.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
