Luxury Cleanliness & Quality Control Inspector (Part-Time)
15–30+ hours per week | Local candidates only

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Luxury Cleanliness & Quality Control Inspector to ensure every guest checks into a home that is spotless, perfectly presented, and fully guest-ready .

This is not a property or insurance inspection role. The primary focus of this position is cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness following guest departures and housekeeping services. You will serve as the final quality-control checkpoint, ensuring each home meets an uncompromising luxury standard before guest arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed post-housekeeping inspections with a primary focus on cleanliness, staging, and presentation
• Verify that each home is immaculate, well-maintained, fully stocked, and “show-ready” for guest arrival
• Identify cleaning oversights, presentation issues, and minor maintenance concerns that impact guest experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally with housekeepers and vendors to correct issues and maintain consistent execution
• Enforce quality standards and ensure all teams meet your level of detail and expectation

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in luxury vacation home cleaning, hospitality, or quality control (hotel, resort, or high-end STR experience preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of guest expectations and first impressions
• Confident communicator who can uphold standards and ensure accountability
• Open availability, including weekends and peak turnover days
• Lives locally and has reliable transportation
• Takes pride in delivering perfection, not “good enough”
